Sample Certificate of Insurance (COI) 

 

The sample below includes the required details and minimum limits of insurance needed on a Certificate of Insurance that must be uploaded here by February 21, 2025. Select "Upload Certificate" and search for the event SOT 64th Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. If you need to order insurance, SOT's selected insurance manager Exhibitorinsurance.com offers low-cost exhibitor liability insurance and exhibitor liability and property insurance. For more details, click here, select "Order Insurance", and follow the on-screen instructions. Once the order is processed, a Certificate of Insurance will be filed on your behalf. 

Only the organizations that have a current Certificate of Insurance on file will be permitted to set up their booths.
